CONSOLIDATED CASH FLOW STATEMENT

Hello everyone,

I have been preparing Consolidated Cash flow statement for the last 4 days. I am now pretty much acquainted with report painter, FSI1 through FSI6.

I am stuck here, let me describe.

Well, components of my cash flow statement include, both P&L and B/S items.

I copied the standard form 0sapratio-01 -consolidated fin. statement.

I kept on changing values inside it such as FS items of my FSV and GLs in my Chart of Accounts.

Now, here starts something to worry me..

All PL items in the report show values in the two columns of their respective years.

But, balance sheet items show cumulative balance in the later year.

Is this normal?

For example:

expense of 2015 are Rs.100 and 2016 are Rs. 150

receivables of 2015 are Rs.2000 and 2016 are Rs. 2500

then the report shows the below figures:

                        2015      2016

                       (year)      (year)

Expense           100        150

Receivables       2000     4500

Hope i did try my best describing an issue, plz guide me. Am i missing something.

Thank You,

Himanshu
