i mean the payment collection plan from customer. our sales force is selling the product to customer following certain credit limit with credit days. for example; he sold product amount 100 usd to a customer which supposed to be paid by 10 days from date of invoice. but customer failed to pay in due time. now the sales force must plan for collection due payment from customer which means sales force is putting commitment to company by when the due amount will be collected. here my point is, the commitment from sales force need to capture in the system, upon which actual collection will b checked as plan vs actual.
