Dear All,
I am trying to change status of my charm document via report - CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT but I am not able to change it. I get the error message - Document XXX refused for technical reasons : ERROR_FREE.
When I check my doc XXX I see some error messages in the message area. This could be the reason why I am not able to change the status. So I am looking for some suggestion how I can clear the error message first ( with a report that will recheck it and save ) and then run the CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to change the status.
