I'm having the same problem as you but my HANA SPS is 10.
can I clarify few things with you, as follows:
SID is your HANA SID (not your tenant ID right?)
EXTSRV (this is your http://myhanahost:8001 or your http://myhanahost-<tenantSID>:8001?
SRCSRV (this is your http://myhanahost-<tenantSID>:8001? or the port of 3XX42?
SRCURL /sap/hba/
