Jelena,
Way back in the late 20th century, SAP customers would designate people as Key Users/ Super Users/ SMEs, some of whom may have worked on the initial SAP implementation, who provided 1st level functional support to the casual end users. Over time those people retired/ moved on/ became consultants, and due to cost cutting were never replaced. Some orgs still have a Super User program, but it seems to be more the exception than the rule anymore. Corporate training departments likewise went the way of the Zoot suit. That is my theory. Hence all these struggling end user people with nowhere to turn but Google, and they find SCN.
