1 min per entity?
Well, i had tried with 9 entitysets in a single project, it didnt take more than 90 secs to deploy that project.
You may also try like:
1. Generate integrate content (right click on project>) ,it will create a zip file containing all required bundles
2. Login to Admin cockpit > Odata services>Deploy from there.
