Getting Internal Error while Binding with Second masterpage

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement I need to Display 2 master pages in adobe forms.

I created a new page and page set (Master page). Now the problem is when I Bind any record to text field in the second master page I am getting internal error, If i remove the binding of the fields in second master page. the form is working fine.

Please let me how to resolve this issue.
