Hello Hemant,
This is an OS-level network issue, not an SAPgui issue.
If you get a popup error message from the GUI side, this shows that the SAPgui is working and the issue is at a lower level.
It can be either:
1) The remote system/server crashed;
2) The remote end of the connection forcefully/incorrectly closed the
connection;
3) A network related error occurred.
For the error "WSAECONNABORTED: software caused connection abort" , it points
to a problem in the network connection between the two communication
partners.
We have no influence on the TCP connections as they are handled by the
TCP stack of the operating system, so these errors are not caused by
SAP software.
Possible causes are VPN connections, firewall timeouts, MTU problems
or simply network timeouts.
Please ask your Network Team to checked the Network for any possible.
problems. Also test it with NIPING program as per note 500235.
Best Regards,
Jude
