Also could you please highlight what specifically needs to check in DISC and VM?
Also another thing i have noticed is, there are a lot of TS connection lost message in SM21. I followed up with the users as mentioned in the SM21 error log, most of them are not kicked out whereas some are kicked out. out of the below highlighted, only user CMM0W is kicked out. I don't really understand the significance of this error message at all. Could you please suggest?
