I know this sounds like a basic requirement but there is a catch here.
My requirement is to develop an Adobe form with dynamic header, which means on first page header will be 4 cm long and from subsequent pages it will be just 2 cm long. Remaining 2 cm space should be utilized by body and the footer which is 3 cm long should be displayed on the last page.
If form is multi page then up to second last page the body should utilize all the space of page and only on the last page 3 cm footer to be displayed.
I have seen lots of blogs but was unable to meet this requirement.
