Conditional formatting Charts Webi 4.1

Hi guys

I have a business scenario where I need to report on people who met the call target or not for a period of time

Here is my data

Call No:  Call type  Report Month   call_close_time(hrs)   Targer_time(hrs)

1              C1           2000/01           4                                      3

2              C1          2000/02            3                                      3

3              C2          2000/01             10                                 15

4              C3          2001/11             20                                   24

I want to create a chart showing what percentage of calls met target and what did not?

And broken down by month/call type....

Any ideas?
