The maximum stock level must be greater than the required stock level [Items - Warehouse - Maximum Inventory] , 'NSW' [Message 173-91]

Dear Experts

I am getting the above error msg when I add

Minimum - 336

Maximum - 1600

Required - 800

for the item UOM are as below

Purchasing -BOX-48 it contain 48 Each(Items per unit)

Sales - Each

Inventory -Each.

Can you please advice me why i am getting the above msg?
